💡 Feel free to test this using a personal email address (⚠️ different from your account’s) to simulate a participant’s experience from the invitation to receiving the email.
Sending participants an email invitation allows you to communicate:
a reminder of the upcoming exam
the grading scale
any personalized instructions you wish to share
their participant numbers. If the answer sheets are anonymous, the numbers participants write on their sheets will automate the grading and matching of answer sheets to the correct participants
(Re)send an invitation to all participants
Go to the "Session" tab and click on "Convoquer" to customize the email content before clicking on "Envoyer les convocations"
(Re)send an invitation to one or more participants
You can send an invitation to one or more participants (if you want to send a targeted reminder to certain individuals or if you forgot to add a participant) in the "Etudiants" tab:
Select the relevant participants by checking the boxes
Click on "
Envoyer convocation"
