Schedule a simple exam with one session

Schedule the opening and closing of an exam to control examinee access.

1. Access the session

  • In the relevant exam, click on Session.

  • If there is only one session, it will be displayed directly.

2. Schedule the opening

Activate the button Schedule launch and define :

  • the date and time of opening

  • (optional) closing date

⏰ Before this time, examinees cannot access the exam, even if they have received a notification.

3. Managing examinees

  • Click on Students to add them manually

    or enable auto-enrolment via link (Nobody / Members / Everyone).

  • Copy the link if you wish to share it.

4. Send out the invitations

Press Convoke. Examinees receive a link to access exam onboarding with number of questions, exam rules, extra instructions.

📩 As long as the exam is in Draft mode, the exam remains inaccessible.
