In the Build tab, click Add: the Questions section lists all the types. The Complementary statement appears in the Structure section when you add an element to an exercise.

Good to know

  • Automatically graded questions are scored as soon as the participant finishes. The others wait for your grading.

  • Spreadsheet, Schema, Code, and File upload are included starting with the Pro plan.

  • There is no dedicated “numeric” question: for a numeric answer, use a Single choice question with several values to choose from, or an Open question.

  • To vary the questions from one participant to another, see Random Selection (Questions and Exercises)

  • You can convert a single-choice question to an MCQ (and vice versa) from the question menu.
