Organize your exams based on your needs

In Evalmee, your exams can be managed in two ways:

  1. in your Private Space, for your personal use. By default, an exam is created in the Unsorted folder in this section

  2. in a Team Space, for collaborative use

1. Private Space

In the sidebar, the Private Space section contains all your private content.

There, you can create and organize your own folders to categorize your exams according to your preferred logic: by subject, class, year, etc.

The Private Space section is suitable when:

  • you are working on your exams alone

  • you want to manage your materials yourself

  • you don’t need a shared structure with others

You can share a private exam with other users. However, we recommend Team Spaces for advanced collaborative use.

2. Team Spaces

Team Spaces allow multiple people to manage content in bulk.

If this feature is available in your organization, you can create a Team Space to group together exams that need to be viewed, tracked, or managed collectively.

In a Team Space, you can create folders to organize shared content.

Team Spaces are ideal when:

  • multiple people are working on the same exams

  • you want to set up shared management

Convert a private folder into a Team Space

You can convert a private folder (located in your Private Space section) into a Team Space. It will no longer appear in your private folders and will be moved to the Team Spaces section.

  • Open the folder

  • Click the "" icon on the right, then "Move"

  • Click on Team Spaces, then Move to Team Spaces

Sharing in practice

Sharing allows you to give other users access to content.

But managing your exams on your own and managing exams with others serve different purposes:

  • for individual management, the Private Space section remains the best solution

  • for collaborative management, it’s best to use a Team Space when available

If your primary goal is to share or collaborate, see also Sharing exams with colleagues

Administration

If you are an administrator, you have access to all Team Spaces in your organization, even if you are not explicitly a member of them.

To view all Team Spaces, click “See All” next to Team Spaces in the sidebar.
