Excel import of questions: mandatory fields & explicit errors

<1/ an error message should be displayed detailing why the bank or subject xl import didn't work

2/ it should be specified which fields are mandatory in the excel files used for import

    Il s’agit souvent de format d’email incorrects en général lors que cela arrive.

    Peux-tu envoyer le fichier Excel qui n’a pas fonctionné ? Je te confirmerai.
