Organize exams & folders

Folders allow you to organize your exams and keep things tidy. You can create as many folders and subfolders as you like.

Viewing content

When you click on a folder, all the exams it contains — as well as those in its subfolders — are automatically displayed.

Ownership and visibility

Folders are linked to your personal account. This means:

• You are the only one who can create, rename, move, or delete your folders and subfolders.

• Other users cannot see your folders, except when an exam within them is shared (see below).

Exam sharing and folder visibility

When you share an exam with another user:

• That user can see the folder structure to which the shared exam belongs (to better understand its context).

• However, they cannot edit those folders: they cannot rename them or move other exams into them.

• You remain the sole owner of your folders and the only one who can manage their contents.

Current limitations

It is not yet possible to share an entire folder with another user. Sharing is only available at the level of individual exams.
