Invite Colleagues

• From the home page, go to Directory > Faculty

• Click "Add"

You can choose whether or not to send an invitation email.

Invite test-takers

You can invite examinees to Evalmee without assigning them an exam right away.

• From the home page, go to Directory > Students

• Click Add

No email will be sent to them.

Allowed email domains

Authorized email domains are those that your organization recognizes as its own; the addresses used by your instructors and students (for example, mon-ecole.fr).

What an authorized domain allows

Anyone who creates an account with an email address from an authorized domain can:

• join your organization on their own, as a teacher, without waiting for an invitation. Your organization is suggested to them as soon as they create their account

• be automatically offered your single sign-on (SSO) when logging in, if your organization uses one

• enroll themselves, as a student, in exam sessions that you make openly available to your organization.

Add a domain

• Go to Settings › Login and Security,

• Enter the domain without the @,

• Click Add, then Save.

Only school administrators can view and edit this page.
