A participant can't sign in with SSO. What should I do?
A participant can't sign in with SSO. What should I do?
First, look at the message displayed:
Unauthorized domain (“Your email address at the address "@domain" is not allowed to log in”): the participant's email address is not among the domain names allowed for your organization's SSO. They must use their official address. If their domain is legitimate, contact us to add it to the allow list.
Email validation required: this address already matches an Evalmee account that is not linked to your organization. Evalmee sends a confirmation link by email; the participant clicks it, then signs in again.
The Continue with … button does not appear: it is displayed after the email address is entered, only if that address or its domain is linked to an SSO. Check the spelling of the address.
The sign-in fails and the participant returns to the home page without being signed in: the identity provider refused the sign-in or did not send an email address. Ask your organization's IT department to check the configuration on the provider side, then contact Evalmee support if the problem persists.
In the meantime, the participant can sign in with Continue with email and the code received by email.
