Below are examples of scenarios tested and working on a Notion database. These scenarios can be replicated mutatis mutandis on any other type of table / database than Notion (Monday, ClickUp, Airtable, GoogleSheet, etc).

More simply, you can also create Webhooks using the Notion buttons.

This will save you the first Notion Get a Database Item module in each of the above scenarios.
