Invite colleagues

• From the home page, go to Directory > Teachers (or the term chosen by your organization, for example Trainers)

• Click Add

You can choose whether or not to send an invitation email.

Invite participants

You can invite participants to Evalmee without assigning them an exam right away.

• From the home page, go to Directory > Students (or the term chosen by your organization, for example Learners)

• Click Add

No email will be sent to them.

Allowed email domains

Allowed email domains are the domains your organization recognizes as its own: the address domain used by your colleagues and participants (for example my-organization.edu).

What an allowed domain enables

Anyone who creates an account with an address on an allowed domain can:

• join your organization on their own, as an examiner, without waiting for an invitation. Your organization is suggested to them as soon as they create their account

• be automatically offered your single sign-on (SSO) when logging in, if your organization uses one

• enroll themselves, as a participant, in the exam sessions you open with free access for your organization.

Add a domain

• Go to Settings › Connection and security,

• Enter the domain without the @,

• Click Add, then Save.

Only organization administrators can see and edit this page.
