Track your usage
Grades awarded and participants assessed, period by period: the Usage page in your settings.
Last updated About 7 hours ago
The Usage page shows what your organization has consumed: the grades awarded and the participants assessed, by day, by week, or by month.
It is reserved for administrators. With an individual plan, you are the administrator of your own workspace, so the page is available to you.
Open the Usage page
In your settings, under Administration, click Usage.

At the top of the page, the Current billing period block shows the grades used since the start of your cycle, compared with what your plan includes (for example 212 / 300), along with the number of participants assessed.
Choose the period
Click the period shown (Last 12 months by default) to pick another one: Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 91 days, Month to date, Year to date, Last 12 months, Billing period, or Custom range…. The arrows next to it move to the earlier or later period.
On the right, Day, Week, and Month change the size of each bar.

Compare with another period
In the same menu, click Compare. A second button appears after “vs”: choose Previous period or Same period last year. The gray bars represent the compared period, and the change is shown next to each total.
To go back to a single period, choose Turn off comparison.

Read the charts
Grades: the red part of a bar corresponds to grades beyond what your plan includes. The last bar is hatched until the period is over.
Participants (the title uses the term chosen by your organization): a participant assessed several times during the period is counted only once in the total. The total is therefore not the sum of the bars.
Hover over a bar to see its details.
Break down by option
The … button at the top right of a chart offers two views under Breakdown:
Plan: grades included in your plan and grades in overage.
Option: grades for Plain, Proctored, Identity verified, or Proctored + identity verified exams.
Cumulative shows the running total over the period.
