1. Share an exam on a case-by-case basis
If you need to give another person access to a specific exam, open the exam and click on the avatars to open the sharing window.

When sharing, you will assign a role to that person for the exam.

2. Share an exam folder
When multiple people need regular access to the same content, you can share an exam folder or invite them to a team space.
Folders in a Team Space can be shared.
Folders in your Private section cannot be shared.
If you share an exam or subfolder from a Team Space with a colleague, they will see the parent folder hierarchy of the content you shared. However, the rest of the content in the parent folders will remain inaccessible.

To invite a colleague to a Team Space or share one of its subfolders, open it and then click “Share.”
3. Share a Team Space
Create a Team Space and invite your colleagues to it to share a set of exams and exam folders in bulk.
A Team Space is particularly useful when:
several teachers or administrators work together regularly and will be working on multiple shared exams and assessments
you frequently share with the same people
you want to avoid everyone relying on their own private files to organize collective use
you need a clear, shared structure
Roles
You must assign a role to the person with whom you are sharing content.
The current roles are:
Full Control
Editor
View
Roles are applied to subfolders and reviews.
📁 Maths 1A
∟ ☑️ Examen 1
∟ 📁 Statistiques
∟ ☑️ Examen 2 Example:
Marie has the “View” role for “Maths 1A”
Amhed has the “Full Control” role for “Statistics”
→ Marie can view “Exam 1” and “Exam 2” but cannot make changes to them.
→ Amhed can view “Exam 2” and edit it. But he cannot view “Exam 1”.
