Evalmee is used in education, training, and recruitment alike. This help center therefore uses generic terms: here are their equivalents in your context.
People
ℹ️ In the app, the tab that lists participants is called Students (for example, Assign › Students), regardless of your context.
Roles in an exam or assignment
When you share an exam or assignment with a colleague, you assign them a role. Your organization has four default roles:
Full Control: all permissions, including sharing, moving, and deleting. The person who creates an exam has this role.
Editor: edits the exam and settings, manages sessions and participants, proctors, grades, assigns graders, and views results. Cannot share, move, or delete the exam.
Viewer: Views the exam and its results, monitors participants in real time, and reviews monitoring recordings, without making any changes.
Proctor: Monitors participants during the exam and responds to chat messages, without access to the exam questions, scores, or recordings.
Administrators in your organization can customize these roles. See Sharing Exams with Colleagues
