Rectify the MCQ post-examination scale and recalculate points
Today, once you've passed the exam, you can only rectify checked correct choices, question weightings as well as the correction commentary, and tags. As a teacher, I'd like to be able to rectify also the MCQ scale and chosen point calculation options, and recalculate all grades.
Manage multiple sessions of the same exam
As a teacher, I'm having trouble managing exams for a class split into several cohorts. → Multiple passing slots for different populations: Need to duplicate exams each time to invite a different group of students. So that weekend students don't have access to the exam at the same time as students at the beginning of the week. Impossible then to have all grades centralized in the same place for the same subject. Need to export grades as many times as there are duplicated exams for different groups of students. As a teacher, I have difficulty managing multiple exam sessions offered for an entire class. → Several passing slots for the same population: Obligation to regenerate papers for late students, creating several different papers. Difficulty identifying and creating a make-up session in the same exam for late students. Problems distinguishing and sending specific convocations to groups of students concerned by the exam.
Topic editor: more reliable, ergonomic and, above all, collaborative
Collaborate with several colleagues on the creation and editing of the same exam subject. Ergonomic improvements : easier movement of questions with arrows automatic cursor position on the question field, not the choice field automatic selection of all field contents quick duplication of questions
Type of question: drawing diagrams
As a teacher, I'd like to offer an integrated drawing tool so that students can draw diagrams without leaving the platform (in compliance with anti-fraud measures).
Examination spaces and files
New management of exams and files in Team Spaces or Personal Spaces. To facilitate 1/ the coordination of teaching teams in schools AND 2/ the autonomy of teachers in continuous assessment.
Simplified mathematical formula editor
As an examiner/reviewer, I want to write advanced math formulas with my mouse and a toolbar and WITHOUT writing LaTeX code or other advanced math language. With a math formulas toolbar like on Word or other text editors.
Limited or no choice on QCU / QCM
Hello, Actually, when we create a MCQ, the student IU is not the same depending on the number of "correct answers". If only 1 correct answer → they can only select one. If not → they can select several. This gives them an important indication, which I'd like to hide. So I'd like it if, regardless of the number of correct answers, students could select several. Is this possible? Thank you
Integrate an Excel spreadsheet question
As an examiner, I can't integrate an Excel spreadsheet into my closed-book exam subject and allow the use of classic Excel formulas. Today, students use Excel separately and are therefore not in closed-book exam conditions. And it's complicated to correct (as many Excel files to download as to correct)
Built-in calculator
As a student on Evalmee when calculators are allowed, I want an integrated calculator (basic or scientific like the one on MacOS) so that I can do my calculations without leaving the screen or creating ambiguity with the proctoring.
Criteria evaluation
As an examiner, I want to obtain a mark per skill in addition to the overall mark. A question can be assessed on one or more skills, with each skill potentially scoring a different number of points.

Type of question: Association / Matching
As a teacher, I'd like to create association-type questions. I'd ask the learner to associate items in 2 columns.
Activity history
As an examiner, I would like to access the activity history (logs) of an exam. To find out what changes or actions were made, by whom, and when. Examples: subject modification modification of parameters opening or reopening a session
KYC automatic identity validation
As an examinee, I am asked to validate my identity through an automated 3rd party service.
Please note that the review of answers applies only to written questions
Before completing the exam, the “Review my answers” button suggests that oral answers can be reviewed or corrected, when in fact only written answers can be. Rename the button to clarify this scope—for example, “Review my answers to written questions”—and verify that it matches the actual behavior.
Clarify the information and instructions posted before the proctored exam
Clarify the information and instructions displayed before a proctored exam: Proctoring conditions: specify that the program team and the instructor may access the data; do not present decisions in cases of suspicion as always being the sole responsibility of the instructor. Approve wording appropriate for a text shared with all clients. Screen sharing: Verify how full-screen captures actually work and correct the sentence suggesting that the screen is only recorded after the exam has ended. Honor Code and Start: Include generative AI among prohibited aids and clarify that the exam is accessible starting at its scheduled start time. Camera activation: Verify the browser’s camera authorization settings and provide instructions that are also suitable for Windows, by reusing or supplementing the existing help documentation.

ERP / YPAREO integration
Fixed random selection per exam session
A fixed random selection (i.e., the same set of questions is drawn from each question bank for all students in the same exam session, rather than a different random selection for each student).
Edit an already open exam topic
As an examiner, I’d like to correct typos in the exam questions that I notice during the exam itself based on feedback from the chat.
Possibility of adding instructions accessible during the exam
The instructions are only available in a box before the start of the exam, which is collapsed by default (students have to expand the box to see all the instructions). I'd like my students to be able to access the instructions during the exam if they wish. Can you add a feature that allows you to add something other than questions (qcm, open-ended, spreadsheet...) to display instructions while browsing the exam? Could you also give us the option of removing the box for MCQ instructions (as many exams don't have them). Thank you in advance, Thank you in advance,
Change the order of the appendices
As an examiner, when I design the subject, I would like to be able to change the order of the attached documents as the examinee/student will see them.
AI summary of all results: strengths & weaknesses, recurring errors
As a teacher, I have access to an AI summary of my students' strengths and weaknesses.
Export Excel notes: Remove formatting from student answers
In Excel exports of detailed notes, student answers are currently returned with their HTML formatting. It would be useful to be able to return the answer in an easily readable format. This could be raw text without formatting or converted to markdown.
Add documents for students to download
Add documents to the subject for students to download. Examples : - code project in a zip - Jupiter Notebook or any other file to be edited in a software package
Dictation Mode (speech-to-text)
Be able to use voice input in text fields, particularly for AI correction feedback and the AI assistant.
Docimological Analysis & Adjustment
As an examiner, after an exam, I want to analyze the psychometric indicators for each question (difficulty, discrimination, score distribution) and take immediate action (remove a poorly designed question, adjust the weighting) to ensure the reliability and consistency of the scores.

Question type: numerical
As a teacher/examiner, I would like to create numeric-type questions where the student/candidate answers with a number and with: automatic grading an optional margin of error
Edit a response on the copy (content + file)
As an examiner/teacher, I would like to be able to edit the answers. Specifically modify the content of the answers in an examinee's/student's exam paper if they have not answered or been able to submit their work, I would like to be able to submit it for them after the exam has closed. Even if the examinee/student has answered but has had a case of force majeure (sudden interruption of the exam) modify the points awarded for these initially unanswered questions
Multiple attempts / Retake a test
I would like learners to be able to retake a test multiple times—especially practice tests—without me having to manually reset their attempt or create a new session each time.
Type of question: Ordering/Grading/Sorting
As a teacher, I would like to create ordering/ranking type questions. I would ask the learner to rank/sort answers.
Import question banks without overwriting existing ones
Hello, I have several question banks to import for the same subject (one QCU bank and one True/False bank), but I can't import the second one. It automatically deletes the first one. What should I do? I'm using Moodle format banks
Spreadsheet: creating charts
On spreadsheet questions, I can create a graph. As an examiner when I create a template. Or as an examinee, when I respond.
Page without questions: Overall statement/first or last cover page
Hello, I think there should be an option to provide an overview of the exam topic without having to go through "exercise" or other options. An insert similar to the exercise but with "subject"/"statement" where you can put text would be good. Thank you.
Convert Evalmee MCQs into paper MCQs (Papeez)
Can I quickly convert an Evalmee QCM into a Papeez QCM? without exporting/importing.
Excel import of questions: mandatory fields & explicit errors
<1/ an error message should be displayed detailing why the bank or subject xl import didn't work 2/ it should be specified which fields are mandatory in the excel files used for import
Grouping identical answers for correction
when correcting answers for a code exam, I have to give the same mark a large number of times to identical answers. If the tool could group identical answers together to enable us to award the mark in one go, we could save a LOT of time.
